Each request for an update of a CA Identification Number is reviewed prior to any modifications. It is strongly recommended that the authorized official submit a formal letter detailing the requested changes along with the update request. The Bureau may contact you by phone to confirm the details of your request. You will then receive a letter, by e-mail or mail, confirming your CA Identification Number information was updated.
